Kevin E. Monastra graduated with honors from Pennsylvania State University with a bachelor of arts in Economics in 2000. In 2003, he graduated from Temple University School of Law. Upon graduation, Mr. Monastra joined a boutique litigation firm in Philadelphia and handled all aspects of products liability, mass tort and personal injury cases. In 2006, Mr. Monastra joined a national property subrogation firm where he litigated cases in multiple jurisdictions involving professional and general liability, products liability and construction defects.

Mr. Monastra joined Powell, Trachtman in 2008. He concentrates his practice on the defense and representation of design professionals.

Mr. Monastra is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey state courts, as well as the U.S. Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the U.S. District of New Jersey. He is a member of both the Montgomery County and Philadelphia County Bar Associations.
