We do so at the earliest stages of the planning process up to the inevitable trouble shooting, problem solving and claims handling that every project requires along the way. We are retained by some of the largest construction and development concerns in the country.

Powell, Trachtman also represents clients in planning the ownership structure, financing techniques, and operative agreements for construction and/or development projects. We deal with local, state and federal agencies, such as various Departments of Transportation, the EPA and local municipalities. Our Harrisburg office is particularly experienced at dealing with Pennsylvania state government matters.
