We are now on the web at www.powelltrachtman.com. This May our firm launched its site which should help you in at least two ways. First, in the "Publications" section of our site we have placed all prior issues of this Practice Bulletin so you no longer need to dig through your files or pick up the phone to call us for prior copies. Secondly, at the "Links" section of our site we provide hyperlinks to more than 30 other sites useful to design professionals, including links to professional organizations of architects and engineers such as the AIA, the NCEES, NSPE, ASCE, and NCARB. We also include links to sites of organizations establishing or publishing standards, codes, specifications or guidelines to which you typically refer in your practice (e.g., BOCA, ICC, SPCCI, AMCI, ANCI, NFPA, and CSI). Finally, we have included links to governmental agencies which may impact your practice (e.g., GSA, EPA, GPA).

Of course, our site also provides general information about the firm including its practice areas and biographical information about the attorneys within it. We hope you find this material informative and we look forward to hearing from you if there are any other ways in which we can help you in your practice.

Finally, if you prefer to review our Practice Bulletin on our website rather than in this hard copy form, e-mail us at seminars@powelltrachtman.com and we will remove you from the Practice Bulletin mailing list.
