The Lecture Circuit

• In October Gunther Carrle and Bruce Lombardo presented a seminar on "Electronic Documents: Impact on Liability and Litigation" to the DPRCG in New Orleans;
• Michael Trachtman has been conducting various half day and full day seminars and training sessions for architectural and engineering firms, accounting firms and other businesses on the subject of avoiding sexual harassment claims, ADA problems and other potential employment related liabilities;
• Bruce Lombardo and Gunther Carrle will be delivering an electronics documents seminar at The AIA National Convention in Philadelphia entitled: "The Impact of CADD and Electronics Information on Litigation and Liability";
• During the month of November Bruce Lombardo, Gunther Carrle and Lawrence Borda presented seminars on the provision of construction administration services by Design Professionals at various offices of The Hillier Group.
