The Lecture Circuit
- On November 13, 1999 Raymond DeLuca and Charles Thomlinson, ALA will be presenting a seminar titled "B141 Update: for the American Institute of Architects at Drexel University. The seminar is part of a series of seminars that will be offered by the AIA on that date.
- On October 29, 1999 Gunther Carrle and Bruce Lombardo will present a seminar on "Electronic Documents: Impact on Liability and Litigation" to the DPRCC in New Orleans;
- On October 28 in Pittsburgh, and November 9 in Philadelphia, C. Grainger Bowman, as course planner, and David W. Francis, as a faculty member, will be speaking at a seminar entitled "Advanced Issues in Construction Litigation" for the Pennsylvania Bar Association;
- On October 22, 1999 Robert Ballard will be speaking on recent developments in employment law to the human resource directors for one of the firm's national clients;
- On October 12, 1999 David Bolger spoke to the Chester County Electrical Contractors' Association on the procedures for establishing, filing and collecting on mechanics' liens in Pennsylvania and on the Contractor and Subcontractor Payment Act;
