The Lecture Circuit
- Lawrence A. Borda, at the request of Victor O. Shinnerer, spoke at the Annual Meeting of Invited Attorneys held in Boston, June 5, 1997, on "Recent Developments Nationwide Impacting Design Professionals."
- At the Annual Convention of the Pennsylvania Society of Professional Engineers on June 6, 1997, Gunther O. Carrle discussed "The Impact of CADD and Electronic Information on Litigation and Liability."
- On October 15, 1997, Michael G. Trachtman will address the CPA/Law Forum of Chester County on the subject of methods accountants and attorneys can utilize to keep their clients out of legal trouble.
- On September 30, 1997, Powell, Trachtman, Logan, Carrle, Bowman & Lombardo conducted the fall session of its Breakfast Briefing series of lectures, presenting the topics "The Legal 'Tune-Up': Five Things You Can Do Now to Avoid Expensive Problems Later" and "The Impact of CADD and Electronic Information on Litigation and Liability."
- Bruce D. Lombardo and Gunther O. Carrle have been invited to speak at the Design Professionals Risk Control Group ("DPRCG") convocation in Tucson, Arizona, on November 13, 1997, where they will discuss "If You Watch Them Build It, They May Sue: The Perils of Construction Administration Services."
