Jonathan K. Hollin graduated from the Duke University School of Law in 1982. He completed his undergraduate work in 1979, graduating with honors from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts degree along with a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School of Business. Mr. Hollin is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania.

From 1982 to 1984, Mr. Hollin served as a Montgomery County Assistant District Attorney, during which he successfully litigated numerous cases. Thereafter, until the fall of 1987, Mr. Hollin served as General Counsel for a Philadelphia-based company with business interests located throughout the United States. His responsibilities included supervision of litigation and litigation prevention and the negotiation of major refinancing and loan restructuring transactions. Mr. Hollin also served as a member of the senior management team, becoming directly involved in operations that spanned a variety of industries including, for example, automotive accessories, high-tech research and development, cosmetics, and residential lighting. As part of his duties, Mr. Hollin would interface with the public accounting firms regarding audit opinions and disclosures.

At Powell Trachtman, Mr. Hollin has focused his practice in the areas of commercial litigation; real estate litigation; defending accountants and attorneys against malpractice claims; and the structuring, negotiation, and drafting of business transactions and general business representation.
