George T. Reynolds is a 1996 graduate of the Villanova University School of Law. While in law school, he was a member of the Villanova Law Review and published an article, "Constitutional Assessment of State and Municipal Hiring Preference Laws." He received his undergraduate degree in Economics from Lafayette College in 1991.
Upon completing law school, Mr. Reynolds served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable Jack A. Panella of the Northampton County Court of Common Pleas in Easton, Pennsylvania. While serving as a law clerk, Mr. Reynolds was responsible for assisting Judge Panella in the conduct of all trials and in ruling upon all matters before the Court.
Mr. Reynolds' practice focuses on the representation of architects, engineers and other design professionals in complex construction litigation, including claims for additional compensation for delays, accelerations and “extra” work, as well as matters involving construction site accidents. He has broad experience in a wide array of matters involving commercial, retail and multi-unit residential developments, high-rise construction, commercial building collapses, process equipment failures, and catastrophic personal injuries and death.
Mr. Reynolds regularly prepares and negotiates contract documents on behalf of design professionals and counsels them when problems arise during projects. He also routinely handles a wide variety of other complex matters including product liability defense on behalf of manufacturers of industrial equipment, representation of accounting professionals in malpractice actions and representing and counseling contractors and material suppliers with respect to payment disputes and contract negotiations.
Mr. Reynolds is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and has handled numerous matters in alternative dispute resolution forums.
