David M. Abijanac, Jr. earned his Juris Doctorate from the Duquesne University School of Law in 2005. During his first two years of Duquesne's evening program, Mr. Abijanac worked as a law clerk for in-house counsel of an international engineering firm and also served as a contracts administrator. During the third and fourth years of the program, Mr. Abijanac then served as a consultant for a construction claims firm providing cost, issue, and schedule analysis to be developed into expert reports and/or testimony by principals of the firm. He also completed a Judicial Internship with the Hon. Lisa Pupo-Lenihan, Magistrate Judge of the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. Prior to law school, Mr. Abijanac graduated magna cum laude from Robert Morris University with a B.S.B.A in Finance. Mr. Abijanac also spent a decade working for an international design engineering and general contracting firm, where he held numerous positions and roles within the administration of the firm, project management, purchasing/procurement, and expediting. Mr. Abijanac is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and currently concentrates his practice in construction law and litigation. |
