Andrew J. Fuga earned his Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of Pittsburgh in 2002, and his Juris Doctor from the Duquesne University School of Law in 2005. During law school, Mr. Fuga served as an editor of The Duquesne Business Law Journal and worked for the Securities Arbitration Practicum. Mr. Fuga also served as an intern to the Honorable Joy Flowers Conti of the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. Mr. Fuga previously worked for the Turner Construction Company on the North Terminal Development Program at the Miami International Airport, where he gained experience in a variety of construction law issues. Mr. Fuga currently concentrates his practice in construction law and litigation. Mr. Fuga’s practice focuses on the representation of architects, engineers, surveyors, contractors and construction managers. This representation includes claims for delay, design related claims, contractual disputes and payment claims. Mr. Fuga is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. |
